Requirements:

  • Experience in 5-star establishments
  • Previous Junior Sous Chef or similar role
  • Flexible and adaptable to various cooking environments
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and nutrition
  • Skilled in multiple cuisines (e.g., Asian, Italian)
  • Overseas or Caribbean experience is a plus
