Job Title: Breakfast Chef

Position Overview
The Breakfast Chef is a separate, individual section that reports to the head chef. They are responsible for preparing and serving all guests’ breakfast items. They manage all storage areas and help monitor the stock levels for breakfast-specific items.
They will also be responsible for preparing all bulk items in the kitchen to help create a streamlined and efficient kitchen.
The Breakfast Chef will also be responsible for preparing and serving the morning snack menu and the castaway menus. They will maintain and organize the prepared items and fridge/freezer space required to store them.
