About Us
BVI Hot Spot Marine has 13 years of experience in welding, fabrication, and machining. We specialize in stainless steel, aluminum, and Delrin, producing high-quality rails and deck fittings for boats, yachts, and homes. Our skilled team is cross-trained in TIG, STICK, and MIG welding. We value efficiency, strong work ethic, and professional craftsmanship.
Applicants must have extensive experience of machining stainless steel, including turning, milling, and drilling. Candidates must be able to work from technical drawings, hold tight tolerances, and manufacture shafts, Delrin rudder bearings, and other precision components. Applicants must be detail-oriented and capable of producing high-quality work. Experience with marine applications is an asset.
Professional references are required. This is a responsible position, and candidates must be reliable and willing to make a long-term commitment to the company.
Preference will be given to BVIslanders or Belongers.
