Guana Island Hotel seeks a full-time Line Cook.

Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and stay overnight as needed. Duties include food prep, cooking, plating, cleaning, and ensuring hygiene and food safety standards. Must be familiar with kitchen equipment, able to follow direction, and work well with the team.

A chef’s qualification and 3+ years of experience are preferred. Strong communication, willingness to learn, and a commitment to world-class service are essential.
