Duties:

Work with the pastry chef to prepare, bake, decorate and present pastry items according to established menu
Keep the working areas and equipment clean; ensuring adherence to health and safety standards
Organize ingredients according to menu; and properly label/ store balance of ingredients
Assist in inventory control
