About Salary Guide 2022
It aims to represent most of the industries within the BVI, particularly those industries that are deemed to be highly concentrated industries, namely not limited to financial services, tourism, construction, wholesale and retail trade, telecommunications, medical and administrative support services.
Companies can specifically use Salary Guide 2022 to make strategic decisions when defining its compensation plan and retention strategy for its employees while individuals can use the Salary Guide 2022 for a better understanding of the market salary data in the BVI.
Methodology
HireBVI has scheduled a series of activities that will ensure the successful publication of Salary Guide 2022. However, the timely successful publication of Salary Guide 2022 is dependent on the participation of corporate BVI.
We will be conducting salary surveys and other forms of data collection over the next couple of months in 2021.
Sponsorship Opportunities
HireBVI is inviting companies that are interested in sponsorship opportunities of Salary Guide 2022.
Below are the sponsorship levels for consideration. If your company is interested, please indicate on or before November 15, 2021.
Pricing
The price for Salary Guide 2022 will be released in the 1st Quarter of 2022. Companies that participate in the 2021 salary surveys should expect a discounted price on Salary Guide 2022; all other companies will purchase Salary Guide 2022 at full price and will be required to submit salary data.
Participation in Salary Guide
Participating companies ("Participant") will be required to agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Salary Guide Participation Agreement. Thereafter, the Participant will be required to complete a company registration form and salary surveys.
